I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
I provide a nonjudgmental space for you to explore and express your authentic identity, while also grappling with and embracing your roots.
I know firsthand how life-changing it can be to have a safe space to be seen, heard, and understood—and that is what I aspire to offer you.
As your therapist, I view you as the expert of your life. I look to work collaboratively with you, and to make sure your voice remains present throughout treatment. I start by doing a thorough assessment to get to know all the important parts that make you who you are. This assessment helps me be mindful of your values and make sure your voice is part of your treatment goals and interventions. By completing this assessment at the beginning of treatment and working through a systemic, multicultural lens, I am able to tailor treatment to your specific needs, and decrease the possibility of missing something important about you that could be a barrier or a strength toward meeting your goals.
I value diversity, equity, and social justice
I am affirming of the LGBTQ+ community
I work through a systemic and multi-cultural lens
